As a healthcare company we work in a highly regulated industry with unique legal requirements that govern how we communicate. This means that we are not allowed to engage in sensitive topics or discussions about our products, other companies’ products, or treatment options. While we warmly welcome visitors to our community, sometimes we may need to block and/or remove comments from our page that are not permitted under the regulations which we adhere to as a company. In addition, we ask that everyone in the community treat each other with respect, and we reserve the right to remove any posts that are deemed offensive, profane or in violation of other community member’s rights, at our sole discretion.

Although we do our absolute best to monitor the content on our social channels, Samsung Bioepis is not responsible for the information, content and opinions shared by other users. Currently our social channels are hosted and monitored in English-language only, which means any non-English language content may not receive a response.

Personal Information

We do not intend to store or use your user ID, email or other personal details. However, in the case of an adverse event or product issue that is reported on our channels we would be obliged by the regulators of our industry to store and use personal identifying information, such as your name, location, health related information or similar in accordance with the applicable laws, and as reported to us. This information is required to be submitted to the Samsung Bioepis pharmacovigilance group and/or regulatory authorities.
